G209 screw pin anchor shackle (bow shackle) is one of the most widely used heavy duty rigging hardware. Made by hot drop forging high strength carbon steel, this G209 shackle delivers reliable working load limit for lifting, rigging, towing, off road recovery and marine mooring operations. Each unit goes through heat treatment, surface anti corrosion finishing and load testing to meet rigging safety requirements. The screw pin design enables fast installation and quick disassembly on site, ideal for industrial lifting, construction site, truck off road rescue, trailer towing and marine rigging projects.
Hot drop forged carbon steel construction, after integral quenching & tempering heat treatment. High tensile strength, strong impact resistance, resist deformation under heavy shock load. Compliant with G209 industry rigging standard.
Screw type safety pin, easy hand twist mounting and removal. Clear pin thread ensures tight locking under vibration working conditions, prevent accidental pin loosening during lifting & towing.
Available in hot dip galvanized / painted finish. Hot dip galvanized option provides superior rust proof performance for outdoor, coastal and marine working environments, extend service life in humid and salt spray conditions.
Each shackle body is embossed with WLL (Working Load Limit), grade, traceability marks. Operators can quickly confirm safe working capacity before use, convenient for site safety inspection.
Every production batch undergoes proof load test. Minimum breaking load is 6 times of working load limit. Suitable for professional rigging teams and heavy duty commercial applications.

Q1: What is difference between G209 anchor shackle and G2130 chain shackle?
A: G209 is bow / anchor shackle with screw pin, larger bow inner space, allows multi rope / multi chain connection. G2130 is straight D shackle, mainly for single direction pulling.
Q2: Can G209 shackle be used for overhead lifting?
A: Yes. Our batch tested G209 shackle is qualified for overhead lifting. Must strictly follow marked WLL, do NOT overload. Avoid side pull / angular pulling beyond specification.
Q3: Hot dip galvanized or painted finish, which one to choose?
A: Hot dip galvanized is recommended for outdoor, seaside, marine use for anti rust. Painted finish is cost effective for indoor dry use industrial projects.
