3. Screw Pin Fast Locking Design Hand turn screw pin for fast assemble and disassemble. Well machined thread keeps pin secured under vibration conditions, lowers risk of pin loosening during towing and lifting operations.
4. Durable Anti Corrosion Surface Treatment Available in hot dip galvanized or painted finish. Hot dip galvanized option delivers outstanding rust resistance for outdoor, coastal and salt water marine environments to extend service lifespan.
5. Permanent Embossed Markings & Batch Load Testing Each shackle body is embossed with WLL, grade identification and traceability marks for quick on site safety check. Every production batch completes proof load test. Minimum breaking load reaches 6 times working load limit. OEM marking service is available for bulk orders.
