Japanese Open Body Turnbuckle is a standard industrial rigging tension fastener, manufactured strictly per JIS A5540 and CB/T3818 marine standards. Also known as wire rope tensioner and cable tightener, it features left-right reverse threads to quickly adjust the length and tension of steel ropes, tie rods and rigging lines, widely used in construction, marine, power and stage truss projects.
Different from closed turnbuckles, this open hollow structure is lightweight and allows visual thread inspection. It comes in three types: OO (eye-eye), OC (eye-hook), CC (hook-hook), adapting to permanent fixation and frequent disassembly working scenarios.
