Thinkwell Heavy Duty Rubber Coated Trailer Hitch Pin with Clip upgrades the standard hitch pin design, combining zinc plated high strength carbon steel pin shaft with a thick rubber coated bent handle. This model is specially built for users who want better grip, scratch protection and quieter towing experience compared to fully bare zinc plated pins.
The steel pin shaft is zinc plated for rust and corrosion resistance against rain, mud and road salt. The ergonomic rubber coated curved handle delivers non slip grip for quick hand insertion and removal, no sharp metal edges to scratch your hands or vehicle paintwork. The rubber layer also helps dampen metal on metal vibration noise while driving. Every set is supplied with a matched safety clip to lock the pin securely and prevent accidental dislodging during off road driving or highway towing.
All dimensions comply with US industry standard for trailer hitch hardware. Multiple inch size options cover mainstream receiver tubes: 1/2 inch diameter for 1 1/4” receivers, 5/8 inch and 3/4 inch for 2 inch heavy duty receivers. Custom rubber coating color, laser marking and retail ready packaging are available for wholesale and e commerce resellers.
