Grade 80 US Type Forged Weldless Oblong Master Links (widely certified under the A342 standard profile) are the foundational connection points for professional heavy-duty rigging configurations. Engineered as a seamless single piece of solid alloy steel without any joint welds, these oblong master rings provide uniform strength distribution. They are primarily used as the top attachment link for 1-leg and 2-leg chain slings, wire rope slings, or synthetic webbing tie-downs on large overhead crane hooks.

Completely drop-forged from high-grade structural alloy steel. The absence of a welded seam ensures uniform cross-sectional strength, eliminating dangerous brittle zones or localized fatigue failure spots.
The A342 standard oval design provides large inner clearance, making it effortless to sit deeply on bulky crane hooks while accommodating multiple lower rigging attachments or clevis connectors without crowding.
Engineered strictly to sustain violent dynamic pulling forces. Fully compliant with international rigging standards including ASME B30.26 and OSHA regulations for safe industrial overhead hoisting operations.
Protected by an advanced electrostatically applied powder plastified coating (Safety Yellow or High-Visibility Red). Offers excellent resistance against saltwater corrosion, heavy outdoor weathering, and industrial friction.
Equipped with high-tonnage precise die-forging press lines. We provide comprehensive tracking by stamping material heat codes, size specs, and G80 grade indicators directly on the master link body.
100% of our products undergo 2.5 times the WLL proof load testing before leaving the facility. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is regularly utilized to verify the complete absence of micro-fractures.
We welcome wholesale OEM/ODM partnership demands. Our in-house mold department can forge custom branding names, raised corporate logos, or specific metric dimensions according to your blueprinted drawings.
By choosing us as your manufacturing partner, you benefit from optimized bulk shipping packing, competitive material costing, and direct technical support to enhance your distribution margins.
A: A single oblong master link is perfectly optimized for 1-leg and 2-leg sling configurations. For 3-leg or 4-leg configurations, we highly recommend utilizing our Master Link Assembly (which includes two integrated smaller sub-links) to avoid forcing the chain hooks to overlap on a single point, ensuring safe load sharing.
A: All wholesale rigging orders are accompanied by our official Mill Test Certificate (MTC). This document officially states the chemical material compliance, certified batch heat numbers, and precise physical results of the 2.5x proof-load and ultimate tensile destruction tests.
A: Our automated powder painting lines strictly control temperature curing and micron coating thickness. This prevents early paint peeling and satisfies international salt-spray anti-corrosion tests for marine port logistics and outdoor mining deployment.
A: We keep standard raw forgings of standard US sizes in stock to guarantee a fast lead time of 25–35 days. We provide custom pre-production samples for large distributors to execute physical strength tests.
