Before rescue, it is necessary to confirm that both trailer hooks are securely installed.

All personnel, especially bystanders, must stay away from the areas on both sides of the trailer belt and its extension line, which is known as the 'killer sector'. Once the trailer belt breaks, its rebound speed is lethal enough.

In the center of the trailer, a heavy piece of clothing, foot pad, or specialized damping bag must be hung. This simple action can cause the trailer belt to sag and absorb most of the energy when it breaks, making it the lowest cost life-saving measure.

Controlling the drag and drop rhythm is crucial. The rescue vehicle should be attached to low-speed four-wheel drive, and after the trailer belt is slightly stretched, it should be continuously dragged with smooth and slow force, using the elasticity of the trailer belt to "wriggle" out of the trap. Rushing and pulling is the primary cause of equipment breakage and vehicle damage.
