Forged Galvanized DIN 82101 Towing Shackle is heavyduty rigging hardware manufactured according to German DIN 82101 standard for towing and marine applications. Produced by drop forging highstrength carbon steel followed by quenching and tempering heat treatment, this shackle delivers reliable mechanical performance under dynamic towing loads. Equipped with screw pin for quick connection and disassembly, hot dip galvanized surface provides outstanding corrosion resistance against seawater and outdoor harsh conditions. Each unit is permanently stamped with WLL, size and standard mark for full traceability. Widely used for ship towing, vessel mooring, industrial lifting, heavy vehicle recovery and port rigging operations.

A: Standard DIN 82101 towing shackle provides minimum 6:1 safety factor under straight tension, complying with German marine towing rigging requirements.
A: Side pull will significantly reduce rated working load capacity. Straight inline tension use is strongly recommended. Please contact our technical team if side pull cannot be avoided.
