Thinkwell Forged Cargo Lashing Tension Lever, also known as lever style load binder / chain tension lever, is heavy duty cargo securing hardware for chain lashing applications. Entire lever bar and S head are one piece drop forged alloy steel, plus in house heat treatment process to guarantee stable mechanical performance and required minimum breaking strength(MBL). Equipped with grab hook, S hook and matched lashing chain, it delivers powerful tension force for fastening cargo during road transport, container shipment and flat bed haulage.

1. One Piece Forged Alloy Steel Construction 

Bar and S head integrally forged from premium alloy steel, quenched & tempered internally, avoid crack & deformation under heavy working load, high safety factor: 3.5 times W.L.L.

2. Durable Two Component Powder Painted Finish 

High quality two components paint with oven dried curing treatment. Hard, scratch resistant surface, anti rust, long service life. Standard red color; custom colors are acceptable.

3. Complete Assembly Ready to Use 

Comes pre assembled with tension lever body, lashing chain, grab hook and S hook. No extra assembling work, convenient for field operation.

4. Clear Traceability Markings 

Standard embossed marking includes chain size, Working Load Limit(W.L.L), Minimum Breaking Load(MBL), batch number for full traceability. Custom logo & marking available upon request.

5. Flexible Customization
