G80 European Type Ratchet Load Binder is heavy duty chain tensioning equipment designed for cargo securement. Adopting ratchet drive principle, it efficiently tightens lashing chains for flat bed truck, logistics transportation and heavy haul scenarios. Drop forged alloy steel body delivers high strength; cam pawl ratchet mechanism realizes easy, fast and precise tension adjustment. Red powder coated surface provides excellent rust & corrosion resistance for outdoor and harsh working conditions.
Made of carbon & alloy steel, whole body drop forged, heat treated, impact resistant, not easy to deform under heavy load. Breaking load reaches 3.5 times working load, high safety factorl.
Long forged steel handle offers large leverage force. Cam and pawl structure for incremental tensioning; simple operation, one man quick tightening, prevents accidental release during transitl.
Both end heavy duty grab hooks with safety pin design, firmly bite chain links, avoid chain slipping or falling off during transportation. Perfectly match G80 lashing chain.
Bright red powder coated surface, good impact & rust resistance, high visibility on worksite, long service life. Custom color available upon request.
Standard size from 6mm 16mm. Custom dimensions, marking and surface treatments are acceptable for OEM & ODM orders.
