Thinkwell US Type L 150 Lever Type Load Binder, also known as snap binder or lever chain binder, is a heavy duty chain lashing tool widely applied for cargo securement on trucks, trailers and transport vehicles. Adopting simple lever action principle, it quickly tightens and releases Grade 70 transport chain without extra complex operation. Drop forged steel construction plus quenched & tempered heat treatment delivers outstanding mechanical performance for harsh daily industrial working conditions.
Made of premium carbon & alloy steel with drop forging and heat treatment, high tensile strength, resistant to deformation under heavy load, long service life.
Breaking load reaches 3.5 times working load limit, stable safety performance for cargo transportation lashing work.
Simple lever mechanism enables rapid chain tensioning and releasing, saves working time for trucking, logistics crews.
Integrated forged grab hooks at both ends, firmly lock chain links, prevent accidental chain slipping during transit.
Electrostatic powder painted finish, anti rust, anti scratch, high visibility in field working environment. Custom surface treatment available upon request (hot dip galvanized, zinc plated etc.).

1. Hook both grab hooks onto your pre installed Grade70 transport chain links.
2. Operate the long lever handle back and forth to generate tension and tighten chain gradually.
3. Once proper tension achieved, lock the lever mechanism to hold chain tight for load securing.
4. To release: operate lever to unlock mechanism, relieve tension and remove hooks.
Tip: Always double check hook engagement and tension status before vehicle driving. Do not apply impact force to load binder.
